Tiger Jane’s version of the classic cocktail. Tequila overcomes the sweetness from the traditional recipe and yields a balanced cocktail. Best for showing off to your regular espresso martini drinker friends. 

Ingredients

• 1 ½ oz reposado tequila
• ½ oz agave syrup
• 1 oz Tiger Jane Sapphire cold brew coffee liqueur
• ½ oz Tiger Jane Saha cascara amaro
• 1 oz fresh espresso (or cold brew concentrate)
• Ground nutmeg for garnish
• Coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

• Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker
• Add scoop of ice 
• Shake hard for 25 seconds
• Double strain into a martini glass
• Top off with nutmeg and coffee beans
