Our take on the classic tropical rum cocktail. Tiger Jane Shanti cascara amaro offsets the sweet pineapple juice, creating a balanced and refreshing mixed drink.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz
• 1.5 oz pineapple juice
• 0.75 - 1 oz Shanti (to taste)
• 0.5 oz lime juice
• 0.5 oz maple or simple syrup
• Pineapple wedge or pineapple leaves for garnish

Instructions

• Add dark rum, pineapple juice, Shanti, lime juice, and syrup to cocktail shaker 
• Add ice 
• Shake hard until well-chilled
• Double strain into glass over fresh ice
• Garnish with a pineapple wedge or leaf
