Ingredients

• 1 oz bourbon whiskey
• 1 oz Aperol
• 1 oz Tiger Jane Saha
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• Lemon peel for garnish

Instructions

• Add bourbon, Aperol, Saha, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice
• Shake hard until well-chilled
• Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
