The Tiger Jane Shanti Highball, is a fusion of orange bitters, Shanti amaro liqueur and Pour Richard's Cascaway® Lightly Lemon sparkling cascara tea. Refreshing and bubbly. 

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tiger Jane Shanti
  • Pour Richard’s Cascaway® lightly lemon or seltzer water of your choice
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • Lemon / lime / orange peel for garnish

Instructions

  • Add Shanti and bitters to highball glass filled with ice
  • Top with Cascaway® lightly lemon 
  • Garnish with a citrus peel extract of your liking
