The Tiger Jane Revolver is a version of the modern classic made with bourbon, Ámbar cold brew coffee liqueur and orange bitters. A sophisticated alternative to the Manhattan.

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon (or any whiskey)
• 0.75 oz Ámbar
• 0.25 oz turbinado syrup
• 3 dashes of orange bitters
• Orange peel for garnish 

Instructions

• Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass
• Add ice scoop of ice 
• Stir for 20 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe glass or over ice
• Extract orange peel
